We begin with two mellow coffees from Mexico, a single-farm washed Anacafé 14 variety gem and a dynamite smallholder Oaxaca. Topping it off with lush vibrancy is the Yukro from Ethiopia, a favorite among a very good year for Ethiopia coffees. Candy-bar indulgence, with hints of soft citrus and stone fruits that plays nice in all brew methods.
