A lost Ethiopian variety made famous with record-setting Panama auctions in the early aughts, it has since found its way into the hands of ambitious growers throughout the Americas. We like the expression it’s found here — sweet, delicate jasmine-like florals, a signature citrus acidity and subtle wineyness.
