Chasing Magic

This edition of The Mix kicks off our 7th year of weekly blending! We start with a beautiful coffee from our dear friend Edwin Martinez out of Huehuetenango. We add in the lovely washed El Tambor and natural process Los Conejos—also from Guatemala. To finish it off we bring in just a bit of Guji Ethiopia vibrancy. Cocoa, caramel candy with hints of raspberry and bubblegum in the nose. Pure indulgence.
