Central Spark


A celebration of Central America! We begin with one of our favorite smallholder washed Mexico coffees from Chiapas. Then we bring in a beautiful honey-process Bourbon coffee from a small producer in Honduras. Finally we top it off with the long awaited return of a coffee from Edwin Martinez’s farm in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, representing oure longest running direct sourcing relationship. Superbly smooth, nuanced, and sweet. Milk chocolate unfolding into ripe stone fruits and a creamy nuttiness.
