Return and Refunds

We roast each batch of coffee just before shipping to ensure freshness, and because of the perishable nature of coffee, we're unable to accept returns.

All Merchandise sales are final. We are unable to accept returns on merchandise including coffee brewing machines and grinders.

While we do not guarantee refunds on any purchase, If you are unhappy with your experience for any reason, please contact us via email at within 30 days of purchase so we can do our best to make it right. If we deem that a refund is the best action to resolve your issue, the refunded amount will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
