A fresh-off-the-boat selection, the El Eden from smallholder farmers in San Ignacio Peru, brings red fruit vibrancy and big body. And finally an impeccably processed washed coffee from the Hingakawa Women’s Coffee association in Rwanda adds complexity and delicate dried fruit to the finish.
