We remain enthralled by the coffees from Guatemala’s Huehuetenango region, which at their best fulfill a platonic ideal of a crowd-pleasing coffee flavor profile. The Nueva Amanecer from producer Antulio Hipólito Ramírez is one of these coffees we want to drink all day long.
