Central America sings in this harmonious blend of three outstanding coffees. The El Naranjal from Mexico delivers sweetness while the La Perla Negra and El Injerto from Guatemala bring fireworks of fruit and chocolate. Smooth!
Building a blend to showcase a beautiful balance — the sweet Poaquil from Guatemala and the smooth and nutty El Cerro from Mexico enhance the lingering candy-like fruit and delicate finish of a powerhouse coffee from the Refisa Washing Station in Ethiopia. Like tasting a sunrise!
A potent pairing of one of one of the sweetest, most-balanced Chiapas coffees we've tasted from Mexico with the mouth-watering milk chocolate and stone fruit deliciousness of a great Uganda. Some love for your mug!
A potent pair of coffees come together for this week's blend. We're vibing off the vibrancy of this newly arrived Sipi Falls selection from Uganda and underlining it with the chocolate covered cherry sweetness of a bean from Huila Colombia. Pure pleasure.
A single origin release with a twist — we’ve brought in four special lots from the Oaxaca and Chiapas regions of Mexico and combined them into a veritable Voltron of flavor! Expect chocolatey goodness with hints of praline, and sweet toffee that’ll have you licking every last drop.
It’s almost a Noah’s Ark of blends — we have a matching pair of Mexicos, a dynamic duo from Ethiopia, twinkling twin Colombias, and a couple of small batch stowaways to bring everything into balance. Expect a cup that flexes it’s flavor muscles yet remains smoothly crowd-pleasing.
The sweet, almost-chocolatey creaminess of a pair of Mexico selections (one from Oaxaca, one from Chiapas) augmented by a bigger bodied Guatemala and the dried fruit fireworks of an Ethiopia Yukro. A beautifully balanced cup with flavors worth waking up for.
A potent pair pull together to make magic in your mug. The boisterous Yukro from Ethiopia gains balance from an elegant, chocolatey selection from Atitlan, Guatemala. Seductively delicious.
The Uganda Sipi Falls comes to us from one of the most promising projects in East Africa, and just landed on our shores. This week we’re featuring it in all its ample beauty, body, and balance that will shine in every brew method.
A pair of coffees with incredibly complementary temperaments combine for a balanced cup. The Ethiopia Yukro delivers some sweet candied tangerine tamed by a nice nuttiness and milk chocolate finish brought by a beautiful Oaxaca selection. So delicious!
Two fine Colombia selections sit alongside a super sweet offering from Peru, further jazzed up with a fruit-laden East Africa stunner. From drip to aeropress to espresso to cold brew, this blend brings it beautifully.
The Los Naranjos from Huila, Colombia brings a chocolate and cherry foundation to this blend while two enthralling Ethiopia selections add body, berry, and long lingering sweetness. Cosmic goodness in your cup!
Two stunning Peru selections, the El Eden and a Juan Mondragon microlot, contribute a creamy, praline, candybar-like deliciousness with a third coffee from Huila, Colombia adding some sparkle, fine chocolate, and sweet citrus. A springtime delight in your cup.
This release brings the beautiful alchemy of combining three delicious but distinct Colombia selections — great coffees from Tolima, Huila, and Nariño. The result is exceptionally sweet, nicely bodied, with flavors of chocolate, tropical fruit, and some floral and citrus aromatics. Sunshine in your cup!
You’ll detect the lovely Wottona Bultuma from Ethiopia at the heart of this blend bolstered by three complementary Latin America flavor favorites. The El Tundo from Ecuador and the El Eden from Peru bring big body and sweetness while an exceptional honey-process Nicaragua selection lends a lingering, creamy finish.
This release is a seven bean blend banger! At the heart are three complementary Ethiopia selections delivering a core of classic East Africa flavor and finesse. Next are two Colombias bringing chocolate, cherry, and long sweetness. Finally a pair of Peru coffees provide body and balance.
Four outstanding coffees from three origins make up our next blend release. Two Ethiopia selections deliver the flavor fireworks while a new Peru and a big-bodied Ecuador bring balance. Delicious!
Coming alongside the release of our new monthly zine, a blend of perfectly paired South America stunners, the El Eden from Peru and the El Tundo from Ecuador.
Five great coffees combine into one great great blend with balance and complexity. The El Eden from Peru and the El Tundo from Ecuador set a foundation, followed on by a dazzling Colombia and a honey-processed Nicaragua. A bit of a fruity and refined Ethiopia adds some fireworks to the finish.
The El Tundo from Loja, Ecuador is a coffee grown with care in one of the most biodiverse regions of Latin America — it's beauty, balance, and complexity shines through in each cup.
A stunning lot from one of the respected Wottona Bultuma Cooperative in Sidama Ethiopia paired perfectly with a stalwart Peru selection to produce a cup that is vibrant and complex yet nicely balanced.
The El Eden from Peru gives this blend its core, a honey-process Nicaragua adds body and a candybar goodness, and a Tolimo selection from Colombia brings in a hint of citrus and a ton of sweetness.
We start with one of our favorite coffees from Peru, the El Eden, bringing a balanced and sweet base for this blend. Adding both body and a candybar-like irresistible gooey goodness is a honey-process Nicaragua selection from producer Juan Ramon Diaz. This one is a treat!
The Nueva Amanecer from Guatemala teams up once again with the El Eden from Peru bringing balance to their flavor force. A Tolimo selection from Colombia introduces a touch of citrus and milk chocolate. This trio will triumph in your mug.
